Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation: Paid in USD (contractor responsible for local taxes and benefits)


What You Will Be Doing
Podcast Management (Required Experience)
  • Manage a podcast end to end, including guest coordination, scheduling, production timelines, approvals, and publishing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, editors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain episode calendars, asset delivery, and publishing schedules.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and deadlines across all podcast episodes.
Online Courses & Digital Programs
  • Manage existing online courses and support new program launches.
  • Coordinate content uploads, module organization, and updates.
  • Own timelines and deliverables for all digital programs.
  • Keep documentation and workflows organized and current.
Sponsorship & Partnership Support
  • Support sponsorship outreach, pitching, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate sponsor communication and fulfillment.
  • Track sponsor deliverables including ads, mentions, and assets.
  • Maintain organized sponsorship trackers and pipelines.

Systems & Execution
  • Use ClickUp to manage projects, deadlines, and accountability.
  • Provide clear status updates and flag issues early.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between content, production, and partners.
  • Keep nothing from falling through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Direct, hands-on experience working with a podcast is required.
  • Proven experience managing digital programs, online courses, or content-driven initiatives.
  • Strong technical skills and comfort learning new platforms quickly.
  • Canva experience required for editing templates, graphics, and documents.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Comfort supporting sponsorship outreach or partnership coordination.
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in women’s health, healthcare, or education-based brands.
  • Familiarity with content production and sponsorship workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams.
