Family Inceptions is seeking a driven, empathetic sales professional to join our team as an Intended Parent Sales Consultant. In this role, you’ll convert qualified leads into committed clients by guiding them through the early stages of surrogacy and egg donation programs with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion.


This position is ideal for someone who has walked the intended parent journey themselves and understands the emotional and financial decisions involved and can pair that empathy with proven sales skills to help others move forward with confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective intended parents interested in surrogacy or egg donation services.
  • Conduct discovery calls and structured sales consultations to assess needs, address concerns, and recommend the right program.
  • Clearly explain Family Inceptions’ services, timelines, pricing, and the legal/medical process.
  • Prepare customized proposals and follow up to close agreements within set timelines.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Manage a pipeline of warm leads and consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Handle sensitive, high-stakes conversations with professionalism and discretion.

You’re a Fit If You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management in high-trust industries (e.g., healthcare, fertility, legal, or financial services)
  • Personal experience as an intended parent in surrogacy, egg donation, or fertility treatment (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success managing a consultative sales process from lead to close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate emotionally sensitive discussions
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote environment
