Manager/Supervisor
The Senior Surrogacy Case Manager manages surrogacy journeys from match through postpartum while also supporting consistency and collaboration across the case management team. This role carries a full caseload and serves as a resource to other case managers on protocols, case flow, and complex cases. This is a non-supervisory, senior-level role for someone who wants meaningful work, autonomy, and influence without people management.

Responsibilities
- Manage surrogacy cases from match through postpartum
- Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, gestational surrogates, clinics, attorneys, and counselors
- Provide non-clinical emotional support, education, and proactive issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication
- Support other case managers with guidance on protocols and best practices
- Assist with onboarding, quality checks, and occasional case coverage
- Collaborate with Operations on workflow and process improvements

Qualifications
- Active LMSW or LCSW required
- 3–5+ years of experience in surrogacy related family-building work
- Strong judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing a full caseload while supporting team consistency
- Ability to occasionally support clients outside standard business hours
